What do I need to make my reservation?
At the moment of signature of the contract it will only be necessary to present a valid identity document and a security deposit of 100 € per bicycle, which must be made with a credit card.
We have several channels to make your reservation: You can do it personally in our shop, by contacting us by phone or e-mail, or even filling out the form Rent Now find the section of our website.
Should i put my home address or holidays address?
If you know the holiday address already or the Hotel Please include this, otherwise you can include your home address.
Do you have to book in advance?
It is advisable that you make the reservation well in advance to ensure the availability, especially of the suitable size you need.
Do I have to bring my own material?
We rent and sell all kinds of accessories so you only need to bring your own clothes and shoes.
What does the bike rent include?
The rental includes a puncture repair kit for road and MTB bikes, with spare camera and a mini manual pump. City bikes include a padlock.
Can i bring my own pedals?
Yes, you can bring your own pedals, we will be happy to fit them to your bike.
Does the bikes have water bottle holder?
Yes, all bikes except includes water bottle holder, except: Orbea Occam and E-Bikes and City Bikes.
Can you deliver the bikes to address?
Yes, we have a delivery. Contact us for further details.
I do not know the area, can I get routes?
Our in-store staff will be happy to advise you on the different types of route you want to do, whether road, MTB or urban. In addition, we have a section of routes on our website where you can download tracks in GPX or for tracking in the Strava app.
What is the rental period?
The rental period for a day starts at 9:00 and ends at 18:00. Overnights rental could be agreed.
How does the deposit or bond work?
For rent, a deposit from € 100 credit card for each bike, which will be returned once the rental period ended at the moment when the bike is delivered and ensure excellent condition of this is necessary.
How does a credit card refund usually take?
Due to how banks process refunds to cards, the refund may take up to 10 business days, but they are usually reflected in your account in 2-3 business days.
The processing time can vary based on your issuing credit card company’s refund policies.
Who is responsible for the damage suffered by the bicycle within the rental period?
As soon as you sign the contract, you become responsible for the bicycle and any damages that may occur during the rental period.
When is payment made for the delivery service?
You can do it beforehand or on the day of delivery.
Are the bicycles insured?
Our bikes are insured for damages to third parties. If you want to be able to have the bike covered by an insurance in case of theft during your holiday, we recommend hiring a travel insurance on your own and consult your insurance company if you are including the theft of rented bikes.
Is the helmet compulsory?
The helmet is mandatory in interurban areas, but there is no obligation in urban areas. However, we always recommend its use.
What does the optional insurance cover ?
Optional Insurance includes: Accidental damages (spokes, chains, gears, levers, scratches…), up to an amount of 300€ .
Optional Insurance does not includes: Vandalism or Theft. Damage or breakage caused by the effects of alcohol or irresponsible driving by not respecting traffic regulations.
